On June 4, 2013 The Conservative Party’s youth organization was reorganized. Since this very day young people are actively working on various important issues. They took part in many projects planned by international organiziations, in which they succeed. The wineers of the 4th season of political debates in 2013 became Young Conservatives. The USA Ambassador Mr. Richard Norland himself awarded them. Also, young Conservatives took part in the Youth Politicians Forum of Southern Caucasus. Young Conservatives cooperate with such international organizations as IRI(International Republican Institute) and NIMd (Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy) and actively participate in the workshops, forums and conferences organized by them.
Growth and development process of youth is of utmost importance for our country’s future. The aim of the youth organization is to involve young people in political and social processes. The executive body of the organization is National Committee, where regional organizations are represented by one member. Young Consertives have 73 regional organizations throughout Georgia. In terms of developing and supporting regional offices, strengthening of regional offices is encouraged, development and support of youth also happens via regional projects. Our priority is to promote young leaders across the country.
The Conservative Party’s youth organization has developed a long-term action plan, which provides strengthening of the organization and inculcation of a worthy place in the political landscape of the country.
